THE ACTIVE LEARNING ATTRIBUTES AND EMPLOYABILITY READINESS AMONG ENGINEERING GRADUATES IN THE HIGH EDUCATION INSTITUTES IN OMAN

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects Active Learning attributes on employability readiness engineering graduates High Education Institutes in Oman. adopted self-directed structured questionnaire was distributed a sample students and from number colleges universities. used structural equation modelling (SEM) for analysed collected data. findings reveal that universities active learning facilities have high positive attribution promoting team work skills, safe working environment, endorsing adaptability developing analytical thinking abilities among graduates. However, indicate HEIs are requested effectively utilise promote attainment technical development lifelong skills especially openness new ideas drive use technologies, endorsement problem-solving engagement graduates’ intrinsic motivation improve their Readiness Employability. Specifically, showed factor could influence Employability Oman when they utilised effectively. Finally, study’s implementations recommendations be transferred Gulf Arab or other countries’ contexts having similar settings HE systems issues gap concern
